About the Project

A Gourmet Kitchen with Warm Character

At the heart of this renovation lies a beautifully reimagined kitchen, anchored by a spacious island with a polished quartz countertop in Organic White. This central hub provides ample prep and gathering space while showcasing Kemper maple shaker cabinetry in a rich Kanga finish, accented by elegant honey bronze pulls. Overhead, two bronze-and-tan pendant lights provide warm illumination above the island, while the white farmhouse sink, paired with a Luxe steel pull-down kitchen faucet and a matching beverage faucet, adds a timeless charm.

Surrounding the island, the Kemper perimeter cabinets showcase shaker-style doors in a soft Steam finish, creating a light and airy ambiance while offering generous storage. Thoughtful custom cabinetry solutions enhance functionality, including a built-in spice rack beside the double-oven range and a seating nook with integrated storage. Corner floating shelves in a rich cherry wood Kanga finish elevate both storage and display, adding a rustic yet refined accent to the space.

The perimeter countertops showcase a honed quartz in Charcoal Soapstone, offering a handsome contrast and a sophisticated matte texture. The kitchen’s backdrop is finished with a Ceramic brick veneer backsplash in Earl Gray, blending traditional charm with contemporary tones.

Details like the custom white decorative hood with wood trim, a double oven range and a microwave drawer reflect the space’s seamless integration of beauty with modern appliances. Completing the space is luxury vinyl plank (LVP) flooring in the Leigh finish, grounding the design with the warm, natural look of wood while providing the durability and ease of maintenance essential for everyday living.

Functional Elegance in the Corner Niche and Bar

Adjacent to the kitchen is a newly refreshed bar area that adds convenience and elegance to entertaining. Kemper cabinetry in a bold Maritime finish, paired with honey bronze pulls, brings a moody elegance. The backsplash features glazed ceramic Zellige tiles in Charcoal, adding a handcrafted, reflective quality. Cherry wood floating shelves in the Kanga finish, offer additional storage. The inclusion of both a beverage fridge and a wine fridge ensures this area is as functional as it is stylish.

The corner niche adjacent to the bar mirrors the same style, with matching glazed Zellige tiles and floating shelves. This design element adds depth and character while offering versatile display space for both decorative and functional items. Custom storage solutions maximize every inch, all while preserving a seamless and cohesive aesthetic throughout the space.

A Fireplace with Textural Warmth

The remodel extends to a fireplace refresh, blending organic and modern elements. The mantle beam in naturally stained wood complements the warm tones found throughout the home, while the hearth topper in Charcoal Soapstone ties in beautifully with the kitchen and bar finishes. The result is a cozy and elegant feature that anchors the living space with quiet sophistication.

A Cohesive Transformation

From the refined tones of the cabinetry to the inviting materials and thoughtful design elements, this Anaheim remodel exemplifies how a cohesive vision can seamlessly unify multiple spaces while honoring their individual functions. Blending Sea Pointe’s custom craftsmanship with warm designer-selected finishes and modern amenities, the result is a sophisticated, yet welcoming home perfectly suited for everyday living.
