The home’s staircase underwent a revitalizing update, featuring solid hardwood, white oak treads and handrails providing a classic look. The satin black cylindrical iron balusters add a contemporary twist.

Guest Bathroom

The guest bathroom sets a serene backdrop with Juicy Jute Silverberry wallpaper and Chantilly Lace board-and-batten woodwork. Omega framed custom cabinetry with tapered legs, painted in a custom Opaque Manor Blue, is accented by brushed modern brass drawer pulls. The sky white dolomite honed quartz countertop and shower curb, paired with an undermount sink and Vitality Sculpt light-up mirror, enhance the bathroom’s modern aesthetic.

Handmade Zellige mosaic tiles adorn the floor and shower niche, while a Sabine sconce provides a warm inviting glow. Concept Studio’s custom hand-molded matte field tiles, stacked vertically on all three walls, create a striking focal point. The Kohler Purist faucet and shower set with a handheld sprayer in brushed modern brass adds a touch of luxury.

Primary Bathroom

The primary bathroom is a true sanctuary, featuring Omega framed cabinets in quarter-sawn oak with a natural finish. A tall utility cabinet separates the vanities, which are topped with leathered Taj Mahal quartzite countertops. The double Kelly sconces and undermount stucco white sinks, along with satin bronze widespread faucets and Vitality Sculpt light-up mirrors, complete the sophisticated vanity area.

A custom glass shower enclosure with a through-the-glass ladder handle in satin brass, along with a Newport Brass multifunction showerhead and hand shower in satin bronze, exude luxury. Adding functionality is a pony wall with a built-in shower niche providing practical storage for bathing accessories. The shower walls are clad in Leathered Taj Mahal quartzite slabs, while the floor features Limestone penny rounds with oyster gray grout.

Phillip Jefferies, Quaint Cream Japanese wallpaper in the upper border of the water closet and tongue-and-groove woodwork in white Chantilly Lace add charm and elegance to the space. The floors are adorned with Zia tiles in a Monument Buff hue, and a built-in hamper with brass pulls adds convenience. The freestanding tub with a Newport Brass wall-mounted tub trim in Satin Bronze completes the luxurious retreat.
