Including new paint, baseboards, LED canned lighting, a new ceiling fan as well as all new furniture, this guest bedroom was completely transformed from floor to ceiling. A space saving pocket door was also installed to add privacy to the attached Jack & Jill bathroom.

A large, beveled mirror sits above the Calacatta Belliza quartz countertop including a triple bulb sconce for lighting. Brushed honey bronze faucets and handles tie the sliding glass bath door trim and shower hardware together. A handy shower niche is set into the wall with a white porcelain hexagonal patterned backsplash and a brushed brass Schluter trim. The focal point of the bathroom is the large Calacatta Lucido porcelain tiles in the bathtub shower combo, giving off a realistic marble look.

Primary Bedroom & Bathroom

A natural marble like countertop made from Calacatta Belleza quartz rests under a large frameless mirror including two aged brass sconces and a recessed medicine cabinet. The walk-in closet was updated with all new StorX cabinets in ‘Sarek Ash’ with flat panel drawers including honey bronze pulls.

A freestanding tub sits in the corner, basking in the natural light creating a perfect space to unwind. The single handle, floor mounted tub filler corresponds with the multi-functional shower hardware and trim in Luxe Gold. Black grout creates contrast against the ‘Glossy Ice’ white subway tiles in a timeless herringbone pattern. The two shampoo niches and flooring blend harmoniously in a white porcelain mosaic hex pattern with brushed brass Schluter trim. A unique shower bench also blends in as an extension of the new bathroom flooring.
