Mission Viejo Kitchen Design with Modern Earth Tones

This kitchen remodel in Mission Viejo decided to display a dominant color of white with rustic wood elements and accents of earthy green and brass tones inviting a warm and comforting atmosphere.

With the removal of two walls and the addition of a sloped ceiling, a massive new kitchen was created including a new pantry with a rustic barn door on a sliding track. Paired with a ligneous porcelain tile floor, the Endive green kitchen island looks classic and timeless. With seating for three, the custom Omega island cabinets include a built-in stainless-steel dishwasher and a kitchen sink with a pull-down faucet in matte black and modern brass. The natural looking Vadara polished quartz countertops in Sereno Bianco not only look modern but are also extremely durable.

Lining the perimeter walls of the kitchen are maple wood Omega Dynasty cabinets in ‘Beach House White’. Hidden within the cabinetry is a built-in refrigerator with inset appliance panels including elegant brass pulls and backplates. Partnering with the cabinetry is a white ceramic tile backsplash with a matt finish and a stone effect creating a fresh earth tone look.  Adding an organic rustic charm are wood floating shelves sitting on each side of a custom arched exhaust hood with a reclaimed wood trim. Adding a modern touch are four upper cabinets in earthy Endive green including textured glass inserts as well as additional storage space.  Also included are a microwave, a slide in range, a beverage center as well as a coffee bar and sink.
