This gorgeous Laguna Hills home remodeling project included a dining room addition, kitchen remodel and downstairs structural work. To take advantage of the home’s spectacular views, the design incorporated a bi-folding door system off of the new addition and family room areas. The kitchen remodel includes a large 8-foot island that anchors the room in a dark stain. The white permiter cabinets have a finishing glaze that adds warmth and style.

White Kitchen Remodel
Breakfast Bar, Pantry, and Kitchen Island
This clean, white kitchen remodel was completed in Trabuco Canyon. With three busy kids, this family wanted a large kitchen island that could multitask as a homework area, hang-out and eat-in breakfast space. By utilizing unused space in the family’s dining room, we were able to enlarge the kitchen to include a full wall of pantry cabinets for storage and then 10-foot island.

Rustic Irvine Kitchen Remodel
Small Additions, T-Shaped Kitchens, and Rustic Beams
This fun kitchen remodel got our creative juices going. By adding a small amount of square footage to the back of the home, we were able to give this family a new dining room while re-purposing their old dining room to create a large T-shaped kitchen. Our client’s requested a design that incorporated a casual, rustic charm which is found in the wood beams that match the wood ribbon on the kitchen’s hood.

Universal Design Master Bathroom
This bathroom incorporates aspects of the Aging-In-Place and Universal Design trends to assist the needs of a young boy with cerebral palsy. The damless shower allowed for easy access and the vanity was designed to allow a wheelchair to easily fit underneath providing the boy with independance and a space to call his own.
