Bold and Beautiful Master Bathroom Remodel in Foothill Ranch

What’s the best way to describe this master bathroom remodel in Foothill Ranch? A bold, blue and beautiful bathroom built for two! Modern Foothill Ranch Master and Hall Bathroom Remodel

At Sea Pointe Design & Remodel, our professional bathroom designers are exceptionally skilled at combining the homeowner’s needs and wants with current remodeling styles and trends. For example, take a look at this Foothill Ranch bathroom remodel, which actually included renovations to both the master bath and a hall bathroom. Both remodeled rooms are full of aesthetically pleasing features but function is top of mind as well.

In the master bathroom, dual sinks provide a convenient space for more than one person to use the room at the same time. A large mirror flanked on either side by mirrored wall cabinets makes everyday grooming easier and also makes the space appear larger than it actually is. Beneath the sinks, Omega Dynasty cabinets with a Pure White finish and stainless steel hardware pair perfectly with the porcelain tile flooring and Cambria quartz countertop.

Next to the dual vanities, you’ll notice a nicely sized walk-in shower, lined with porcelain tile in a stacked horizontal pattern. Rectangular windows up above provide plenty of natural light while a Panasonic recessed can light/exhaust fan combo unit provides additional light and helps with moisture control. There’s also a built-in shower bench, an aging-in-place design element that’s becoming more popular with today’s homeowners.

On the opposite side of the room, a freestanding tub sits neatly tucked against one of this year’s bathroom design trends … a glass partition wall that separates the master bathroom from the adjacent walk-in closet. Above the tub, stainless steel floating shelves provide storage space as well as visual interest.

In another area of the home, a hall bathroom got a facelift as well. With a quartz countertop, modern rustic cabinetry, and stainless steel floating shelves, this small bathroom’s design is reminiscent of the master bathroom remodel. Eclectic Farmhouse Kitchen Renovation in Dana Point

You’ve probably heard the old proverb, “Variety is the spice of life”, but do you believe it’s true? It certainly is for this kitchen renovation in Dana Point! From Perle Blanc Marble patterned tile to custom wood elements and more, this farmhouse kitchen holds plenty of intrigue.

To start things off, we removed a full height wing wall next to the range. That significantly opened up the room, allowing for an open-concept layout and uninterrupted space between the kitchen and adjacent living area. Installation of a clerestory window above an already existing window infuses the room with more natural light, makes the space feel even larger, and matches the existing slope of the roof.

Above the range, a large custom wood hood stands out beautifully against a patterned tile accent wall while a glass tile backsplash adorns the adjacent outside wall. Omega Dynasty cabinets in Elemental White line the perimeter kitchen walls while the center island features a custom wood design on its cabinets. In addition, the island’s Bedrosians Leblon Quartzite countertop makes a stunning statement and pulls in the colors of the range accent wall.

This kitchen renovation in Dana Point is full of eclectic design features, but there’s a focus on function as well. For example, the dry bar and beverage center located near the island make pouring a comforting drink or entertaining guests a breeze. The large island countertop provides stool seating and additional workspace, lit by pendant lights from above. And, a variety of cabinet and drawer configurations throughout the room give plenty of storage space for kitchen tools, utensils, and dishes.

Elegant Farmhouse Kitchen Remodel in Laguna Niguel

Simple elegance describes this stunning Laguna Niguel kitchen remodel. Beautiful cabinetry, a variety of tile backsplashes, top quality materials, and an open concept floor plan all come together to create an exquisite design that the homeowners will enjoy for years to come.

With many of the Orange County kitchen renovations we complete, we are able to completely transform the look and feel of the space without making structural changes. In this Laguna Niguel kitchen remodel, however, removal of an entire wall was needed to create an open concept layout. Now, the homeowners enjoy one uninterrupted space between the kitchen, dining room, and adjacent living area – perfect for family use or for entertaining guests.

A black and white design is featured throughout the kitchen. Omega framed cabinets in Elemental White line the perimeter walls and are beautifully contrasted by black cabinet hardware and dark wall sconces. Similarly, the island cabinetry with Labrador finish is contrasted by the white quartzite stone countertop above. And, a full refrigerator is hidden neatly behind a paneled door that matches the wall cabinets.

One of the latest kitchen trends, appliances in drawers, shows up in this elegant farmhouse design with the center island containing a microwave tucked neatly inside a drawer. The island also features built-in cabinets and drawers for plenty of storage, while the expansive countertop offers ample workspace on an easy-to-clean surface. Three pendant lights above the island, recessed can lights in the ceiling, and an entire wall of windows and glass doors provide a nice mix of natural and artificial light for the kitchen, dining, and living areas.
