Andrew Shore was quoted in Qualified Remodeler and For Residential Pros commenting on the remodeling design workshops Sea Pointe Design & Remodel organizes and hosts throughout the year. Each month the design/build firm holds a ‘Remodeling 101′ educational seminar in a different city within Orange County, Calif. The workshops help homeowners to understand key design and construction basics before starting their dream kitchen remodel, bathroom remodel, room addition or whole home refresh. The workshops are also meant to encourage guests’ to think outside-the-box by displaying creative ideas, in addition to showcasing some of the firm’s remodeling projects before and after pictures.
According to Shore, the workshops typically draw around 50 attendees, although some have attracted as many as 90 or more.There also is a residual effect, he adds. Over the next six to 18 months, we will continue to receive calls from past attendees.”
