Accessibility:  Homes are becoming easier to move around in for people of all ages & abilities, main floor master suites, wider hallways & doorways, walk-in showers with seats, levers instead of knobs & walk-in closets.

Grand Kitchens:  Now the most popular gathering room in the home, many feature restaurant-quality appliances, bins for recycling & work islands that add convenience.  Cabinetry gets dressed up� with multiple finishes, glass doors, decorative base legs, trims & moldings.

Smaller Well Appointed Homes:  These houses often feature unique architectural details, oversized molding, rich finishes, plenty of easy-to-reach built-in cabinets,  upscale building materials & products.

Casual Decors:  Environmental decorating is very popular, featuring natural elements, wood flooring & blinds; richer hues replacing off-white walls and porcelain stone or stone floor & counter surfaces.
